Release of version 1.4.0

This release brings new access management with groups and API keys, map services on ArcGIS Server v2, and a new unified search.

  • New access management. Users, groups and project access are gathered on one page, and you can give a whole group access to a project at once or give access directly from a project. Everyone keeps the access they have today. See the User manual documentation.
  • API keys for scripts and integrations, limited to the projects and groups you choose. API keys are now the recommended way to authenticate the Python client. See the User manual documentation or Python client documentation.
  • Map services on ArcGIS Server v2, protected by service users or open to everyone. Each service now shows a new URL. Update your integrations to it, because the current URL will stop working once the migration is complete. See the User manual documentation.
  • Unified search across projects, data collections, images, rasters and point clouds, with filters, area search, a map view and shareable search URLs. See the User manual documentation.
  • New ForestSens analysis module, and analysis tasks can now be paused and resumed. See the User manual documentation.
  • Move projects, data collections and files, copy a link to a file, and see view cones for images on the location map. See the User manual documentation.

For all changes in this release, see the Changelog.
